Smokers must dispose of smoking material in the proper receptacle and not on the grounds. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if we find evidence of smoking inside the B&B or Cottage.

Not allowed due to the allergy and sensitivities of many of our guests and due to noise concerns. Service animals are allowed. EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please leave your pets at home so that our guests can enjoy their stay with us. Owners disregarding this policy, in the B&B or Cottage, will be assessed a $200 cleaning fee and asked to leave.

Meals

Overnight guests at the Bed & Breakfast will enjoy breakfast with their stay. Breakfast is not included with discounted Lodge rentals for events or groups. Guests may use the guest kitchen or BBQ grill for their lunch and dinner. The use of the guest kitchen and BBQ grill includes clean up afterward to avoid an additional cleaning charge.
